Philip Kingsley’s Elasticizer
Elasticizer, the iconic hair treatment, is the world’s first pre-shampoo treatment. The treatment delivers a rush of moisture into the hairs cuticle to help reduce breakage and restore the hair’s strength and stretchability, leading to less breakage and snapping.
This treatment is recommended to clients with coloured, dry or long hair.
